Cieszące się międzynarodową sławą Puerto de la Cruz położone jest na północy Teneryfy, poniżej wulkanu Teide, na krańcu przepięknej doliny Orotava. Do odwiedzin zachęcają liczne sklepy, butiki, przytulne kawiarnie przy promenadzie nadbrzeżnej oraz usytuowane w pobliżu winiarnie (bodegi) i bary, kompleks ogrodowo-plażowy Playa Jardin, starówka z przepięknym placem Plaza del Charco. Można tutaj wypocząć na pokrytej ciemnym piaskiem plaży. Łańcuch gór prowadzi przez sam środek wyspy. Na szczycie stoku po obu stronach znajdują się wielkie, urodzajne doliny. Wyspa kanaryjska szczyci się niezmiennie różnorodną i bujną roślinnością, zalesionymi górami oraz szeroką gamą uprawianych owoców i warzyw.

Podczas zimy góry pokryte są śniegiem co zapewnia niesamowity widok.
Na przełomie lutego i marca odbywa się tutaj słynny kanaryjski karnawał.

The Canaries is one of the most attractive regions in Europe. They are located in the Atlantic Ocean and lie only 115 km off the coast of Africa. The Canaries consist of seven islands: Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and a few smaller ones.

Our language school is located in Tenerife, the largest island of all, it's population being more then 650.000 inhabitants. The capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as well as La Laguna, the university city, are the two biggest and most important cities.

Puerto de la Cruz, situated in the north of the island and Playa de Las Americas in the south are the two most important tourism centres.

Our language school is located in an area called "La Paz" "freedom" which is very calm, in front of the botanic garden and with marvellous views to the Teide.

Our language school is situated in Tenerife, the biggest island of Canarian archipelago. Its population reaches 650.000 inhabitants. The capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife as well as La Laguna, the university city, are the two biggest and most important cities of the island while Puerto de la Cruz in the north, and Playa de las Americas in the south are the two main tourist centers.
One of the most famous attractions is the volcano Teide which lies in the centre of the island. It reaches 3717 mts, and at this height is the highest peak of all Spanish mountains.
During the winter months snow covers the summit and much of the grand outline and leaving everybody to admire the unique beauty of this natural show.
Apart from the national park of Teide you will find on the island other natural attractions like the Wood of La Esperanza, the Mountains of Anaga,  Las Mercedes, The Valley of La Orotava, Masca and the magnificent cliffs of Los Gigantes  which highlight the wonder of this fabulous tropical paradise.

The Climate
Tenerife, like all the other islands of the Canarian archipelago is characterized by its eternal spring-like weather with temperatures which range between 20ºC during the winter and 30ºC during the summertime. Thus, Tenerife offers a perfect weather for joining a sunny beach holiday to a language course.

The Gastronomy
The Canarian gastronomy is made up mostly of simple dishes with many typical specialties, for example: the Mojo Picón, a well-known hot sauce made with oil, garlic, vinegar, red peppers, salt, and dried typical Canarian red hot peppers to season “wrinkled potatoes”, small Canarian black-skin potatoes boiled  in salted water accompaining fresh or dried salted fish and several different local cheeses made from sheeps milk.

Festivals
Islanders are very famous for their kindness, warmth and friendliness. These attributes are reflected in their festivals, which are full of joy and simplicity.
In first place on the podium of parties is “el Carnaval de Santa Cruz de Tenerife”, internationally known as second most important Carnival on earth, after Rio de Janeiro. Everybody dresses up in fancy dress and it can be possible that the night starts at 2.00 a.m. and doesn´t finish before midday with dances and open air parties.
Other typical festivals called “Romerías” are celebrated in each village between March and September every year. The most popular ones are the "Romería de San Isidro” in La Orotava, “San Benito” in La Laguna and “Nuestra Señora de Candelaria”, the patron saint of Canary Islands.
During the weekend you can find the best parties in the big cities like La Laguna, Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz, Las Americas aswell as smaller centres. Musical and artistical theatrical performances complete the cultural calendar of the Island.

The language school was founded in 1998 and belongs to different professional associations who guarantees the quality of our academic courses and services. "Formacion F.U." is a contributor centre of the Canarian Institute of Education and employment of the Canarian government. It's also subsidized by the social European Fund.
Also its belongs to the "ACCEE" founded on October 2002, for 6 schools of the Canaries whose principle activity is the education of Spanish for foreigners.

In addition it's furnished with excellent installations, two computer halls with internet connection and bright classrooms with a view to El Teide. It's a very tranquil situation which encourages you to study. You can also visit the fitness studio, the coffee bar with restaurant and the internet café.

"Formation F.U." is an education centre. The purpose of all our teachers is to help, to teach and to impart knowledge in different subjects. We specialized in language education to establish contacts between Tenerife and other countries. Our aim is to teach our language and culture to the foreign residents.
Our teaching staff consists of many philologists who are specialized in the language formation and have much experience in their profession.
For the best results we give lessons in small groups with a minimum of three persons and a maximum of eight.

Our staff are all well qualified and between them have many years of teaching experience.

To achieve the best results we give lessons in groups of between 3 to 6 students. We aim to make the lessons lively and interesting. As well as paying careful attention to grammar, reading, writing and listening we put great emphasis on verbal communication skills.

The academy belongs to “ACCEE”, the official association of Canarian Language Schools. We work with the Canarian Institute of Education and the Employment Department of the Canarian Government. We hold the TÜV certificate of quality management ISO 9001:2000.
